L-54 Water Conditioning Equipment

Description:

Installation, repair and maintenance of water conditioning equipment, piping, fittings and valves necessary to connect a water conditioner unit to existing piping.

Installation and repair of indirect waste pipe carrying brine, backwash and rinse water to the point of disposal only.

All trenching, back filling and grading necessary for the installation of piping for a water conditioning unit only.

Installation and repair of electrical control panels (plug-in type) and apparatus of less than 25 volts and/or 10 watts (in other than hazardous locations or in raceways) and required grounding devices.

Installation of exchange tanks and necessary  piping.

Installation of concrete supports for water conditioning units only.

Testing Requirements:

Contractor's Business Management Examination

L-54 Water Conditioning Equipment Examination

Experience Requirements:

This license requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors may also ask that you submit a minimum 25 projects covering the scope of the license. Specific forms are required to be submitted with the license application to verify the contractors work history.
